Newman’s South West office based in Bristol has enjoyed rapid growth into the South West carrying out Structural Repairs and remedial works headed by regional manager Roger Witcombe.
Much of the South West is enjoying economical growth and house sales are on the rise with renovation’s being required Newman’s are receiving a high volume of inquiries in order to design and install structural repair program’s.
A new contract awarded today is a Wall Tie Replacement contract to a large Victorian built semi detached residential property that is currently under going a refurbishment. Whilst the builder was carrying out inspections and repairs to the render he noticed horizontal cracking that caused concern.
A survey was carried out and Wall Tie Failure was identified and a specification provided that would prevent any further Wall Tie Failure that would be backed with a 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
