Structural Survey to cracked property in Llanelli West Wales
Today’s first of four surveys in Wales and Bristol, this new build bungalow in Llanelli west Wales requires retro fit movement joints as the rendered block work has cracked in a number of places, this is a common defect in timber framed buildings with external block work and Newman’s are specialists in identifying and specifying these types of Structural Repair Schemes.
